There are 3 profile options: citizen, entrepreneurs and grantmakers. If you want to register your Project in a public opportunity, you have to create an Entrepreneur profile.
If you do not have this profile, register for free.

Follow this step-by-step guide to submit your proposals to a public opportunity:
On the Prosas website, click on "Login":
Then log in using your email and password.
2- Finding the public opportunity:
You can access the public opportunity in which you want to apply by clicking on the “opportunities” button, located on the top bar of the website.
3- Access the public opportunity
After opening the opportunity page, you will see the apply button, located in the center of the page, next to the application deadline.
Just click on it to access the form.
4- Fill in the proposal description
Carefully read the instructions presented in the Bidding Data and in the documents provided by the Sponsor.
Then fill in the information requested in the tabs:
• "Data" — for recording basic information;
• "Questions" — for responses to the sponsor's customized form;
• "Complementary" — to add optional information, content or materials.
5- Submit your proposal
After verifying the completion of the proposal in all the tabs, click on submit proposal to send it to the grantmaker. It is important to note that once submitted, the proposal cannot be edited.
If you haven't finished filling in the proposal, remember to save it as a draft so that you can edit it later.
To find your draft proposal and resume your application, go to the opportunity page and click on the “Apply” button again. Your draft will automatically reopen.
6- Check the registration receipt
To make sure that the proposal has been sent to the grantmaker, verify that you have received the application confirmation. It will be sent to your email.
It is also possible to check through the my proposals page, accessible from the menu in the upper right corner. If your proposal has been successfully submitted, it will appear as under review.
